Plot:

As the city of New York gears up for the biggest sporting event of the year, a string of gruesome murders shakes the city to its core. All the victims are high-profile athletes, coaches or referees who have played a key role in shaping the outcome of important matches.

Detective Julia Cruz, a no-nonsense investigator with a reputation for solving the toughest cases, is assigned to lead the investigation.
